Cooking Instructions

Steam the small chopped carrots (add little salt), till it's cooked yet crunchy. Keep it aside.

Heat oil. Splutter mustard seeds, cumin seeds. Add dry red chillies, curry leaves, gota urad dal and pounded garlic.
As garlic becomes little brownish, add the steamed carrots - 3
Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Stir fry for some time.

Now add in freshly grated coconut. Mix well. Finally add a dash of garam masala. Mix well.
it's ready to serve!
