Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprefined wheat flour
  2. 1/4th cup milkmaid
  3. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  4. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  5. 1 cupmango puree
  6. Few drops mango essence
  7. Few drops orange food colour
  8. Mango pieces (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add milk colour and essence.

    Now add mango puree or pulp and mix well to form a semi thick batter

  3. 3

    Pour the batter in a greased mould and bake in preheat oven at 120 degrees for 30 mts
