Today I prepared this tasty alu sabji. Paired with parathe, roti, pooris. #PP
Cooking Instructions

Remove skin & chop potatoes. Dryroast jeera, dhania, badishape then grind
- 2
In pan add oil, jeera, green chillis, curry leaves.

Add potatoes, haldi, mirchi, garam masala, aamchur powder, salt
- 4
Cook 5 minutes.
