Ingredients

  1. 3 BowlWheat Flour
  2. 1/2 TbspSalt
  3. 1 GlassWater
  4. 1/2 BowlGhee
  5. #For_Stuffung:- 2 Grated Radish
  6. 1 TbspCoriander Powder
  7. 1/2 TbspFennel Seeds Powder
  8. 1/2 TbspRed Chilli Powder
  9. 1/4 TbspSalt
  10. 1/4 TbspBlack Salt
  11. 1/4 TbspDry Mango Powder
  12. 1/4 TbspGaram Masala
  13. 3-4 TbspChopped Coriander Leaves
  14. 1Chopped Green Chilli
  15. 1 PinchOf Asafoetida

Cooking Instructions

15-20 Minutes

    For dough take a large plate and add wheat flour and salt. Mix well. Add water and knead a dough. Keep aside.

    For stuffing:- Grate the radish with grater and squeeze properly. Add all spices and mix everything well. The stuffing is ready now.

    Now take a small portion of dough and roll it. Fill in the stuffing in the center cover and press it. Dust it with little plain flour. Roll it to make paratha with the help of a rolling pin in a circle shape.

    Now heat tawa and spread ghee and place paratha on tawa. After a few seconds flip it. Apply ghee and flip it again. Apply little ghee on the other side also. Cook it from both sides properly.

    Radish Paratha is ready now. Serve hot with pickle, green chutney, curd, sabji, raita as you like......😋😋
