Ingredients

  1. 3boil potatoes
  2. 1/2singhara flour
  3. 1/2sago flour
  4. 1/2moriya flour
  5. 2 tsprajigra flour
  6. 2 tspginger chilli paste
  7. As required salt
  8. 1/2cumin seeds
  9. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  10. Coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixing bowl add both the all flour and salt jeera pepper coriander leaves and mix it. In a soft dough let rest for 5 minutes.

    Heat a Tawa divide the dough into 5_ 6 parts. Take one parts make a ball and roll it. Up like a bhakhri now cook it on medium heat Tavares one side flip and spread ghee on both the sides and cook.cook all the paratha like this.

    Your delicious paratha are ready to serve with curd and chutney.
