Hacked Chocolate Sheet Cake (Extreme Protein/Gluten free)

This is a variety of my other recipe. I ended up with excellent sheet cake with this combo. This makes a full sheet cake of chocolate cake, suitable for birthdays etc. 880 calories, over 80 percent protein. You can probably whip together a Greek yogurt mixed with sugar free chocolate syrup frosting for a suitable addition. If you have no one to share it with. It makes for an interesting snack.. I guess only question on if it's 'real' food is the Splenda.
Update: Mostly cause I think this was a very awesome hack, I'm going for a version 2.0, I want to improve it so it's not quite so spongey.q

Ingredients

15 minutes
  1. 2 cupsunflavored protein isolate (600 cals)
  2. 1/4 cupbaking cocoa (60 cals)
  3. 3/4 cuppumpkin puree (75 cals)
  4. 1/2 cupegg whites (75 cals)
  5. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  6. 2 cupsSplenda gratulated or 48 packets
  7. 1/2 cupGreek nonfat yogurt (70 cals)
  8. 1 teaspoonvanilla
  9. 1 cuphot water

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 325

  2. 2

    Mix altogether in large mixing bowl until smooth

  3. 3

    Pour into sheet pan with tall rim. Bake for about 15-20 minutes.
