Cooking Instructions

Take a pressure cooker add potato, carrot, cauliflower, beetroot and peas. Add 1/2 bowl water till into 1 whistle. Take a kadhai add butter. Add chopped ginger and garlic. Saute it for a minute. Add onion and saute for few minutes.

Then add tomato puree, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder and pav bhaji masala.

Mix everything well and saute it for 4-5 minutes. Add all vegetables, one bowl water and cover the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes. Once check its consistency if water is dried. Now add garam masala, pav bhaji masala and mix it well. Then add chopped coriander leaves, butter and lemon juice and cover it. Switch off the flame. Keep aside.

Cut pav in the middle of half piece. Heat butter on tawa. Cook the pav from both sides. Serve hot Pav Bhaji with onion, green chilli and lemon. Garnish bhaji with coriander leaves and butter. Ready to serve.......😋😋
