Ingredients

10 minutes
2-3 servings
  1. 4-6leftover roti/chapati whole wheat or mutigrain
  2. 2 tbspghee
  3. As neededjaggery
  4. 1 dashcardamom powder
  5. As needednuts/seeds and raisins for garnishing
  6. Mixed roasted dry fruits powder homemade

Cooking Instructions

    First slightly dry rotis over direct flame for a few seconds or microwave it.

    Break into small pieces, put in a grinder and grind till a coarse and smooth texture is achieved.

    Heat the ghee in a pan. Add it. Roast it on low flame till nutty aroma comes.

    Add dry fruits powder and jaggery powder and cardamom powder. Mix it properly.

    Allow it to cool down. You can add some more ghee and make laddoos too or serve it as churma.

    It's ready. Garnish with nut/seeds/raisins of your choice.
