Ingredients

  1. 1medium size Drumsticks chopped
  2. 1/2 cupgrated coconut
  3. Small amount of curry leaves
  4. Small chopped ginger
  5. 2 medium size green chilli
  6. 1/2 tablespoon cumin
  7. 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
  8. Small dry red chilli

Cooking Instructions

    I have taken pan added 1 glass of water and drumstick for boiling. Once drumstick cook well keep aside.

    In mixer Jar, grated coconut,ginger, green chilli and curry leaves blend it to smooth paste.

    Now I have taken kadai and added oil, cumin,mustard seeds and dry red chilli till it gets popping. After that I have added coconut paste added little water brought to boil and added cooked drumstick, salt and mix it well. Now turn off the flame.

    After it cool down add curd before serve. Now drumstick curd curry to ready to serve.
