Wash and clean guvarfali.remove top and bottom.cut into small pieces For dry masala,in a mixer jar add sev peanut, garlic and red chilli powder.make dry masala.

In a cooker heat oil,add mustard seeds and cumin seeds,bay leaf, curry leaves and 1/2 chopped tomato.after 4-5 minutes add tomato puree.

Add grinded masala and other masala.saute for 4-5 minutes.add Guvarfali,add salt.Add little water and jaggery..Make 2-3 whistle.

Kathiyawadi Guvarfali sabji is ready.serve hot.
