Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbottle gourd
  2. 1 cupbeetroot
  3. 2tomato
  4. 1/2 cupcarrot
  5. 2 bunchpalak
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 2 tspjaggery
  8. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder

    In a bowl add chopped bottle gourd, carrot, beetroot, tomato and palak.

    Add salt jaggery and water.pressure cook... make it cool.

  3. 3

    Churn in mixer.strain with soup strainer.

  4. 4

    Add black pepper powder..serve hot.It is a vegetable soup, which is full of nutrition and healthy.
