Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcook quinoa
  2. 1/2avocado pulp
  3. 1small carrot grated
  4. 3 tspcabbage grated
  5. 2 tspcoriander leaves chopped
  6. 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  7. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 tspchilli powder
  10. 1/2 tsppepper powder
  11. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  12. 1 tspchaat masala
  13. 4 tspragi flour
  14. 4 tspbread crumbs
  15. Oil to shallow fry

Cooking Instructions

    Cook quinoa in a cooker for three whistles, mash avocado in a bowl, add ginger garlic paste, chilli paste,carrot, cabbage, coriander leaves then add salt, chilli powder,chat masala, cumin powder, pepper powder and combine it well.

    Now add cooked quinoa, bread crumbs and ragi flour mix it well, make tikki shape and shallow fry both sides in hot oil till golden crisp.

    Serve with green chutney/ketchup and enjoy/serve.
