Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgreen moong sprout
  2. 5garlic cloves
  3. 1/2 tspgrated ginger
  4. 1 tspchopped green chilli
  5. 1 cuphomemade crumbled paneer
  6. 1/4 cupchopped onion
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  11. 1 tspchaat masala
  12. 1/2 cupchopped dhania patta
  13. 1/2 cupdry roasted besan
  14. 4 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixer jar, add moong sprout, garlic, ginger & green chilli. Grind it to a paste (not so fine), sprinkle very lil water if required.

    Take a mixing bowl, transfer sprout mix to it, add paneer, onion, salt & all the given ingredients except oil one by one, mix it thoroughly.

    Take small portions of the batter, roll it, give the shape of tikkis, keep aside.

    Take a non stick pan, add oil, heat it, moderate the flame. Shallow fry tikkis in batches till crispy brown.

    Take out in a bowl, plate it, serve it with any dip or chutney...
