  1. 1 cupmoong dal
  2. 1 cupurad dal
  3. 1 tsproasted jeera powder
  4. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  5. 1 tspChat masala
  6. to tastesalt
  7. Thick yogurt
  8. oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Dal 3 hours soak kar le than wash kar ke grind karein..

    Better me salt dale and mix well.. Aur dal ke gole bana kar deep fry karein midiam flame par

    Aur water me bhigo de soft hone tak.. Than hath se bhalle ka pani achhe see daba kar nikal le...

    Bowl me dahi ko blend kar le than bhalle dale...

    ..Ek bowl me bhalle rakhe dahi dale jeera powder, red chilli powder, salt, chat masala,mithi Chutney dale and serve karein..

    .Serve krne se pahle fridge me 15-20 min cool kar le...
