  1. 5 buncheskales chopped
  2. 1small onion sliced
  3. 3large tomatoes diced
  4. Cooking oil
  5. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Place onions in a sufuria and add cooking oil then stir a little.

    Add tomatoes and stir continuously as they soften. After they are crashed add the kales.
