Ingredients

  1. 1 kgChopped Chicken
  2. 100 gramsSliced Ginger
  3. 4Shallots
  4. 3 cloveGarlic
  5. 1Spring Onions
  6. 1 canButton Mushroom
  7. 1Salt
  8. 1 tbspCornstarch
  9. 1 tbspOyster Source
  10. 600 mlWater
  11. 5 tbspCooking Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat up the cooking pan with cooking oil. Fry the ginger, shallots & Garlic until fragrance.

    Add in chicken, button mushrooms & a pinch of salt.

  3. 3

    Prepare the source with cornstarch, oyster source with water. Cook for about 5min.

  4. 4

    Place all the ingredients into claypot. Turn your gas stove at low heat & stew for 45min.

  5. 5

    Add the spring onions after half hrs & continue stew for another 15min.
