I make this every Thanksgiving and it doesn't last very long. It makes the house smell amazing!

Ingredients

  1. 1Pie Crust
  2. 2/3 cupSugar
  3. 3Eggs
  4. 1/3 cupMelted Butter
  5. 1 cupDark Corn Syrup
  6. 1 1/2 cupPecan Halves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Roll out the pie crust and place it in a 9 inch pie plate, folding the edges in, rounding it out (as seen in photo).

    Beat sugar & eggs. Add melted butter & corn syrup. Mix well. Add pecans, mixing to coat. Pour in pie crust.

  3. 3

    Bake at 350 for 50 min or until crust and top of pie is golden brown & bubbling. It will still be soft, once it cools it hardens :)

I made this for a bake and it was gone in minutes. Never even got a slice! Will have make another as I'm told it's great. X
