Ultra moist banana bread Ultra moist banana bread
This is my grandma's recipe I make whenever we are late on finishing our bananas its so good I've never tried another recipe. I usually end up halving the recipe because my 2 year old rarely let's bananas get over ripe in our house. Cream cheese can be subbed for the sour cream but I highly recommend using sour cream!#EasterHide Whizzle -

Tropical Banana Bread Tropical Banana Bread
I had some bananas at home that were going bad, and had just gotten mangos and pineapples at the farmer's market that day, so I decided to make my own tropical version of banana bread, as I couldn't find a recipe I liked online. My hubby is diabetic, so I ended up tweaking a basic recipe I had found online by halving the amount of butter it called for, and adding coconut sugar (and less of it) for regular white sugar. Didn't have raisins, so I used prunes and added extra fruit..figured if my hubby ate this recipe, it would not only increase his fruit intake, but keep him regular too! LOL...You could probably add nuts if desired, but I didn't have any on hand. Enjoy!!rcantu1975

Moist banana bread Moist banana bread
A great moist bread that is sweet but not to rich. I make mine without nuts due to allergies. Feel free to add them. I also add dried blueberries and make mini muffins out of the batter. Cathern Ann Garcia
