Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 lbWild flounder fillet (any other tall white fish)
  2. 1 1/2Lemon
  3. 1Bell Pepper
  4. 1Onion
  5. 1 bunchGreen Onion
  6. 3 tbspPaprika
  7. 3 cloveGarlic
  8. 1 canCoconut Milk
  9. 3Ripe Tomatoes
  10. 1 cupRed Palm Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the Fish in cubes
    Add: paprika, salt, pepper, and lemons

    Let it marinate for approximately 30min

  3. 3

    Dice the tomatoes, onions, bell peppers

    Place the Fish
    And the other ingredients
    In to a Pan

    Add coconut milk

  6. 6

    Let it cook in low temperature for about 20

  7. 7

    Add one cup of Red Palm Oil and let it cooking for more 10min

  8. 8

    And that's it you're done

I wanted to know if you can use something other than coconut milk, I can't have coconut?
