Cooking Instructions

    Clean all the vegetables including the Mutton. Chop the tomatoes, hoho, onions and the carrots. Apply some reasonable amount of oil on the pan and place it on a source of heat. Let the oil heat then add the onions on it. Wait for 2 minutes as you stir till golden brown. Add carrots and hoho as you strip let them cook till tender and soft. Add tomatoes to the mixture and let it cook. Drop in the chopped 1kg of Mutton. Mix it with the ingredients as it tastes. Keep stirring as you add some water

    Let it cook for about 30minutes for it to be tender and soft.

    Can be served with the African Ugali or rice depending with the preferences including a vegetable salad.
