Ingredients

  1. 1 cupFresh coconut grated
  2. 3Green chilli
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. as neededWater
  5. For tempering :
  6. 2 tbspOil
  7. 1 tbspMustard seeds

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixer jar take fresh coconut, green chilli and salt. Add water little by little and grind it to a coarse paste.. Transfer it to a bowl.

    Heat oil in a tardka pan. Add mustard seeds and let it sizzle for a few min. Pour tempering over the chutney. Mix well.

    Serve with idli, dosa or uttapam.
