Ingredients

  1. 2medium potatoes
  2. 1/2 cupgreen peas(fresh or frozen)
  3. 3/4chopped cauliflower
  4. 1/4 cupchopped carrot
  5. 1big onion
  6. 1 tablespoonginger,garlic paste
  7. 2medium tomatoes
  8. 1/4chopped capsicum
  9. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  10. 1 tablespoonpav bhaji masala
  11. as requiredSalt
  12. 1lemon juice
  13. 2 tablespoons butter
  14. 2 tbspoil
  15. Handfulcoriander leaves
  16. 6pav buns

Cooking Instructions

    Take all the vegetables wash theme in running water and cut into small pieces.Transfer the pressure cooker.add water as need and salt.close the pressure cooker with a lid and cook over medium flame for 2_3whistles.off the flame.open the lid after pressure releases naturally.it will take around 5_7 minutes.

    Mashed the boiled vegetables gently with potato masher or using whisk.you can mash cooked veggies into a texture you like.

    Heat 2 tablespoons oil and 2 tablespoons butter together in a pan (kadahi)medium flame.add chopped onion and ginger, garlic paste.add chopped capsicum,chopped tomatoes and salt.add red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala powder.

    Stir well and cook for a minutes.add mashed vegetables and lemon juice.mix well and cook 4_6 minutes.

    Turn off the flame.add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.bhaji is ready for serving.

    Cut the pav in 2pieces.heat tava in medium flame.add a tablespoon of butter and place pav buns over it. Shallow fry both sides lightly brown.Transfer to the plate.

    Transfer prepared bhaji to a serving bowl and garnishing coriander leaves and lemon slice.serve hot with butter roasted pav.

    Ready yummy pav bhaji.enjoyyyy
