Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsSesame seeds / til -
  2. 200 gmsGrated jaggery -
  3. 1 tbspClarified butter / ghee -

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Dry roast til / sesame seeds on a medium flame till light brown.

  2. 2

    Heat clarified butter / ghee and jaggery on a pan.

  3. 3

    Stir continuously in a low flame until jaggery gets thick and colour will change.

  4. 4

    Now add roasted til / sesame seeds and stir continuously till the til mixed with melted jaggery.

    .Switch off the gas.

  6. 6

    Apply some water in your palm and make small round shape balls

  7. 7

    Til ladoo is ready to eat.
