Ingredients

12-14 pockets
  1. For stuffing:
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 1/2capsicum
  4. 250 gmsspinach
  5. 1/2 cupboiled sweet cons
  6. 1/2 cupgrated paneer
  7. 1 cubecheese
  8. Green chilli and garlic paste
  9. For dough:
  10. 1 cupmethi
  11. 1 tbsGarlic and greenchilli paste
  12. 1 cupwheat flour
  13. 1 cupmaida
  14. Salt and oil

Cooking Instructions

    In mixer make a oaste of green chilli garlic and methi.. Add 2 tbs water to make paste

    Take both flour salt 2 tbs oil and green paste and a bit og water to make soft dough

    Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and chilli paste.. Saute it and add onion.. Then saute Julian cut spinach and saute it foa 2-3 min..

    Add corn and capsicum and paneer,salt,oregano. Sweetch of gas then add cheese and 3 tbs tomato ketchup

    Roll green dough and cut it into square piece. And put stuffing in center.

    Cover it with another she. Use water to make it. Press fork to cover it.

    Fry in a medium hot oil. Dont fry it on a high flame..

Hi Divya, Very interesting recipe you have written. Just curious why is it called greeny pocket? Is there an alternate name for this dish. Do mention in the recipe so that when people search for recipes, it will come properly.
