Ingredients

  1. 7potatoes, peeled and boiled
  2. 150 gminced meat
  3. 1/2green pepper
  4. 1onion, chopped
  5. 1 handfulbreadcrumbs
  6. 2eggs
  7. Deep frying liquid cooking oil
  8. 1/4black pepper (optional)
  9. Garlic powder (optional)
  10. 1 pinchsalt
  11. 2 tbsflour

Cooking Instructions

    Mash the pre boiled potatoes in a bowl

    Add the chopped green pepper and onions to the minced meat and boil for 5 minutes. Then add one egg to the mixture to bind the mixture.

    Prepare the breadcrumbs and whisked eggs

    Take the mashes potatoes in your and press it flat then add the minced meat and wrap making a ball.

    Then flour it. After that dip in the eggs and then bread crumbs

    Deep fry in the cooking oil till golden brown

    Serve with kachumbari
