    First wash and soak urad daal 5 to 6 hrs.after that grind daal in smooţh paste mix salt and mix well.now put kadai on gas and pour oil let the oil heat and start frying vadas.deep fried vadas in water for 5 min.Now take vadas in bowl, pour curd on them,temarind sauce,sprinkle red chillie powder, black salt,Coriander leaves.tastey dahi vada is ready.
