Cooking Instructions

Wash the beans and remove the back.

Rinse the tatasi remove the seeds,rinse crayfish,pepper,ginger,garlic and onion.

Pour everything in a big bowl with the beans and blend in a mill.

Mix withvwarm water,add salt and maggi cubes then vegetable oil.

Scoope in a moi moi plates.boil water in the pot and place the plates on top of each other covered and cover the pot.

Boil with intense heat for 1hour.

Slice plantain,add a pinch of salt then fry in a hot vegetable oil till is brown but not burnt.

Select out and serve with the moi moi.
