Ingredients

  1. 1cup suji
  2. 1/4 cupoil
  3. 1/2 cuplukewarm water
  4. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  5. As neededoil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Add suji,bakind soda and oil knead it with luckwarm water.

    Take rest the dough for 30 minutes.

    Make small balls with the dough.

  4. 4

    Roll the shape with the help of roller pin.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a wok and fried all golgappes.

  6. 6

    Serve with masala aloo and spices pani.
