  1. 1/2 cuprice

  5. 10soya chunks soaked
  6. 1/4 cupgreen matar
  7. 1/4 cupsweet corn
  8. 1potatto
  9. 1large spoon of garlic ginger paste
  10. Namak
  11. 1 spoonOil
  12. 1 spoonGee
  13. 1 spoonGaram Masala
  14. Pinchjeera
  15. 1bay leaf
  16. 2ilachi
  17. 2cloves
  18. 3black pepper
  19. 10spinach or palak leaves

Cooking Instructions

    It's a 8 min dish....Chop all the veggies.....start stove of induction,in a cooker add a spoon of oil and a spoon of ghee followed by a bay leaf,cloves,ilachi,pepper,garlic ginger paste, wait for a minute. Add all the vegetables at a time then salt then garam Masala...wait for 2 minutes.....add 1 glass of water and make flame high.....now wait 1 min more and add washed rice. Before adding rice check the taste of water. Please close the cooker and on high flame 2 whistels and 1 on low.
