  2. 1/2 cupWheat flour

  4. 1 tspSemolina
  5. As neededOil /Ghee

Cooking Instructions

    1. Prepare a dough by all the above ingredients with normal water and with the help of oil let it rest for 15 mins.
    2. Now make small balls and roll them little bigger than chapati but thin also
    3. Now cut it little long with the help of pizza cutter or knife fold with knife then make a shape like a hair bun
    4. Then with the help of fingers give the shape of chapati and cook the parathas till both
