Ingredients

  1. 50 gmschanadal soaked for 1 hr
  2. 100 gmsRefined flour
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. Pinchturmeric
  5. 1 tspGreen chilli paste
  6. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  7. 1 tbspoil
  8. as requiredWater
  9. as neededOil for frying
  10. 1grated tomato

Cooking Instructions

    Pressure cook Dal adding salt, turmeric,gratted tomato

  2. 2

    Mash little

  3. 3

    Give a tadka of curry leaves and cummin seeds

  4. 4

    For Pakwan

  5. 5

    Knead the flour adding cummin seeds and oil 1 tbsp oil

  6. 6

    With required amount of water

  7. 7

    Add salt slso

  8. 8

    Cover and keep for 10 mts

  9. 9

    Roll out Pakwan

  10. 10

    Poke it with Fork

  11. 11

    And fry Pakwan till crispy

  12. 12

    Remove on Tissue paper to remove excess oil

  13. 13

    Serve with Dal
