Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsthickly grated carrot
  2. 1 cupghee
  3. 7-8powdered cardamoms
  4. HandfulCashews, Almonds, Pistachios, Raisins
  5. as neededMilkmaid

Cooking Instructions

    Heat ghee in a pan. Add grated carrots. Cook over slow flame for 15-20 minutes.

    Add milkmaid till carrots get submerged into it. Stir continuously and cook for 5-10 minutes over medium flame.

    Add cardamom powder and fried dry fruits. Mix well.

    Add some more ghee to get glazing texture, increase the flame and turn it off in couple of minutes.

    Garnish with finely chopped dry fruits and serve!
