Grate carrots, add grated carrots in the kadai cover & cook on low flame,check in between.

When carrots gets tender add ghee & sugar stir well, cover n cook on low flame till water of the sugar reduced properly while stirring in between.

When cooked properly add elaichi powder mix well and serve in a serving plate garnish with grated mawa & chopped dry fruits,kiwi n serve.
