Cooking Instructions

Wash the beans to remove the chaffs,pour in a clean bowl.put onion,crayfish,fresh pepper,ginger,garlic.blend in a mill

Mix in a pot,pour in warm water,add salt,stock cubes and vegetable oil.
- 3
Make oval shape with the moi moi leaves and gold then pour in 2 and half spoons of the moimoi gold back and place in a pot that has boiling water.
- 4
Repeat till the moi moi finish.
