  1. 1 cupmoong daal
  2. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  3. 2 tbspGinger garlic and chilli paste
  4. 1/2 teaspoonjeera
  5. 1/4 teaspoonajwain
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Oil for fry
  8. 2 tablespoonGreen coriander
  9. 1/2tea sp. haldi powder
  10. 1/4 teaspoonred dhilli powder
  11. 1/4 Tea spoonchaat masala

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and Soak moong daal for 2 hr.

    Griend daal in grinder.

  3. 3

    Now take griend daal and other ingredients except oil.

  4. 4

    Mix it well with light hand.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in pan.

  6. 6

    Take a small amount of mixture and make small bhajiya and drop them in the oil.

  7. 7

    Fry them till golden.

  8. 8

    Serve onion pakoda with green chutney, souce and Tea.
