Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsgram flour
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 1 tbspoil for moyan
  4. 1/4red chilli
  5. 1/4 Garam masala
  6. 1 tspCoriander powder
  7. As neededWater to make dough
  8. For gravy
  9. 3 tbspghee
  10. 1/4Hing
  11. 1 tspJeera
  12. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  13. 1/4 tspGaram masala powder
  14. 1.5 tspCoriander power
  15. 4 cupsWater
  16. 3 tbspCurd
  17. HandfulCoriander for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First take a bowl add gram Flour, salt, red chilli,gram masala, coriander powder mix well

    Then add.Oil(moyan)mix well

  3. 3

    Make a fine dough with water.

  4. 4

    Then boil it in water

  5. 5

    Let it cool

  6. 6

    Then cut in round shape

  7. 7

    For gravy Take a pan add ghee and heat it

  8. 8

    Then add hing, jeera, and all spices and add water

  9. 9

    When comes a boil add gatte and curd cook it 5 mins

  10. 10

    Garnish with coriander
