Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cuptoor dal
  2. 1/2 cupmassor dal
  3. 1small onion
  4. 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  5. 2green chilli
  6. 1/2 teaspoonDhaniya powder
  7. Oil for tadka and to cook dhal
  8. 1 teaspoonLemon
  9. Coriander to garnish
  10. 1/2 tspMustard seeds and jeera
  11. Hing little bit
  12. 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric
  13. handfulCurry pata

Cooking Instructions

    First pressure cook the two dhals with little oil in a pressure cooker for 5 to 6 whistle. Keep aside.

    Take a kadai add oil mustard seed jeera hing turmeric curry pata and sauté it. Then add onion ginger garlic paste and cook well. Now add the cooked dhal with salt and simmer for 3 mins and stirring in intervals. Add water if required.Switch off and squeeze lemon. Garnish with coriander leaves.
