  2. 1 tbsporegano
  3. 1/2 cupancho chile
  4. 3bay leaf
  5. 1onion
  6. 6 clovegarlic
  7. 50 ozhominy
  8. 2 1/2pork shoulder
  9. 4 cupchicken broth

Cooking Instructions

    Cube meat

  2. 2

    Add all ingredients except meat and hominy. Mix well

  3. 3

    Add meat and hominy. Cook on high for 5 hours or low for 7 hours
