Black chane with rice

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupboiled black chane
  2. 1 cuponion paste
  3. 1 tspgarlic paste
  4. 1 tspginger paste
  5. 1 cuptomato puree
  6. 1 tspjeera / cumin
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tspcoriander powder
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tspChanaMasala
  11. 2 tsprefined oil
  12. leavesSome coriander
  13. 1 bowlsoaked rice

Cooking Instructions

    Take a wok add oil heat and roast jeera.

    Add onion paste, garlic paste and ginger paste, green chilli saute and then add tomato puree.

    Add all spices and mix it and cook for 7-8 minutes

    Add chane and mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes and add required water and cook for 7-8 minutes.

    Take a cooker add water rice and jeera take a 1 whistle then guess off pressure released

  6. 6

    Ready to black chane with rice garnish to coriander leaves

  7. 7

    Serve hot.
