Ingredients

  1. 250 gramschana daal (split grams)soaked overnight
  2. 2-3chopped green chillies
  3. 1 handfulcoriander
  4. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  5. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  7. 1/2 tspchat masala
  8. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  9. To tastesalt
  10. as neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    Grind the daal with green chillies and cumin seeds.

  2. 2

    Now add all the masalas,ginger garlic paste and coriander leaves and mix it well.

    Heat sufficient oil in a pan.

  4. 4

    Take small pancake size vadas from the batter flatten it nicely with your thumb if needed you can wet your hand with water Now drop the vadas one by one into the pan and let them fry in oil.

    Drain it out in an absorbent paper.

  6. 6

    Serve hot.
