Chicken is a common go-to especially during the festivities, on that day you crave abit of the chicken goodness, this can be a good quick and easy recipe to enjoy with those yummy fries🍟😋.. And if you got a house full of Kids, they're bound to love it!
Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a bowl, add garlic, Paprika, turmeric powder, chillie flakes and salt and give it a good mix.
- 2
Then add lime juice, dark soy sauce, white vinegar and grated ginger, mix these in as well.
- 3
Add the lime zest and stir, let the marinade sit about ten minutes to allow the flavors to infuse and incorporate well.
- 4
Put in the chicken pieces, (I wasn't using a huge chicken so I made four pieces.)
- 5
Using your hands, mix up the chicken into the marinade, ensure to coat each piece evenly.
- 6
Set aside and marinate for 15-20 minutes, meanwhile you can be preparing your fries
- 7
Put enough oil in a deep frying pan. Let it heat until it reaches 180°C, you can use a thermometer to test to ensure you got the right temperature, or you can use your eye ball it.
- 8
Deep in the chicken pieces, carefull not to splatter oil on yourself. Let the chicken fry until crisp, for about 4-5 minutes if the temperature of your oil is right. If you want your chicken more crispy leave it in for about a minute or do longer.
- 9
Remove the chicken and drain off the excess oil. Chicken is ready to serve. Enjoy with some nice crispy fries and some homemade chillie😋

Vegan Yogurt Muffins with Chocolate Chips 🧁🍫🏳️🌈 Vegan Yogurt Muffins with Chocolate Chips 🧁🍫🏳️🌈
I got this recipe from a French girl's website, "Perle en sucre," because I wanted a recipe with more yogurt than the usual 100-125 grams. This one has a full 300 grams of yogurt! Compared to the original, I made a few changes: I replaced vanilla extract, which I didn't have, with a packet of vanillin, increased the baking powder, and reduced the chocolate chips to make the batter lighter and help it rise better in the oven. If your yogurt is vanilla-flavored, you don't even need to add any extra flavoring. Annalisa 🏳️🌈🦄Translated from Cookpad Italy -

Last night I dreamed about chips, and this morning at 5 AM I made it happen. We love chips, but we try not to eat the store-bought ones because they're so salty.Once you make these chips, you won't want to buy the ones from the store anymore. You won't want those overly salty chips that are often broken and not good for dipping. These are simple and easy to make. Jon MichelenaTranslated from Cookpad Chile -

Fish and Chips Fish and Chips
My husband and I love fish and chips, so we've been looking through various recipes. We couldn't get ahold of cod this time, so we used swordfish instead. You can use flounder, halibut, or other white fish. Remove the skin and bones! If you couldn't find dark beer, you can use normal beer. The key is to use chilled beer. Enjoy leftover beer in the kitchen while cooking (lol). Just be careful not to get drunk. This time, I made these fish and chips in a Dutch oven with my husband. I made this recipe to deep-fry the ingredients in the normal way, but if you have a Dutch oven, place the ingredients in heated oil, cover them with a lid, and leave it over very low heat for about 7 minutes. Then remove the lid, deep-fry over hight heat, and they're done. Recipe by Gaserisa cookpad.japan -
