Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlwhite lobia
  2. 2onion grated
  3. 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  4. 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  5. 2 tsptomato puree
  6. as taste salt
  7. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  10. 2 tspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Take lobia washed and soaked at overnight.

    Then boil for10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Take a wok add oil then oil heat add garlic paste saute then add onion and ginger saute till golden colour then add all dry masala and tomato puree mix.

    Then add boiled lobia mix and lobia water mix make a curry.cook fir 5 minutes.

    Lobia curry is ready to eat.
