Ingredients

  1. 1 cupplain flour
  2. 1 littremilk
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 1 tbspcardamom powder
  5. 1 spoonghee
  6. Ice cubes
  7. Chopped dry fruits
  8. Ghee for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take bowl add ghee and ice and mix it until it become fluffy or start changing colour.

    Now add milk and plain flour in batches mix it in smooth paste make sure Ur paste become too much thin.

    Meanwhile take pan add milk and let it boil until it become one third consistency.it takes 10 min.

    Now take pan add sugar and water and let it boil for 5 min.keep aside.

    Now in kadhai add ghee let it heat in high flame and pour the mixture from 5 inch distance.

    Slowly slowly in batches pour mixture and let it fry until it become golden brown.

    Take out ghevar and spread some sugar syrup let it keep aside for 5 min.

    Now in one third consistency milk add sugar, cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits.

    In ghevar garnish some rabdi enjoy ur crunchy tasty ghevar.
