Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsesame
  2. 1/2 cupjaggery
  3. 2 spoonghee
  4. 5-6almond for garnish
  5. Flower leaf for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly heat a pain and dry roast sesame on low flame till it splutters.

    Now in the same pain add ghee and crumbled jaggery. Stir and melt it on low flame and cook for 1-2minute more.

    To check the jaggery take some water in a bowl pour some drops of jaggery in il.

    Let it cool a bit, if breaking the jaggery is ready. Put the sesame in jaggery mix well turn off flame.

    Now take a little portion from the mixture and give shape of kalash with the help of hands and garnish with almond and flower leaf on the top.
