Ingredients

  1. 800 gmsself raising flour
  2. 6 tablespoonscooking oil (and more for deep frying)
  3. 1 teaspoonginger
  4. 1 teaspoonmixed spices
  5. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  6. 2 teaspoonscardamom
  7. 2eggs
  8. 1 cuppumkin puree
  9. 1/4 cupmilk
  10. 1/2 tablespoonvanilla essence
  11. 3/4 cupsugar

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl sieve the flour and add all the dry ingredients and mix well

    Add in the cooking oil and rub in till it becomes crumbly

  3. 3

    Add in the egg and vanilla essence and mix

  4. 4

    Add in the pumkin puree bit by bit as you knead into a dough

  5. 5

    Continue kneading while adding milk to form a soft dough. Let it rest for 30mins

  6. 6

    Heat the oil in a pan. Roll out the dough, cut into desired shapes

  7. 7

    Toss in the oil to deep fry

  8. 8

    Let them brown on one side then turn to the other side. Till well cooked and browned. Drain the oil on a paper towel

    Serve and enjoy
