Put 2 tablespoon desi ghee in a frying pan, fry all crushed nuts on low flame, then put more 2 tablespoon desi ghee in a frying pan fry swiyaan on low flame

Boile milk in a wok, add,khoya, a d mix well with a spoon on low flame

Add all fried sawiyaan,kishmish,sugar, saffron (zafran)mix it well and cook till 5 to7 minutes on medium flame

Then add half nuts in the milk sheer khurma is ready,then dish out sheer khurma and garnish with remaining nuts,and chandi ka waraq.
