Ingredients

  1. Pumpkin leaf(ugu)
  2. leafWater
  3. leafOziza
  4. Meat
  5. Dried fish (washed n deboned)
  6. Crayfish(pounded)
  7. Stock fish(soak in hot water)
  8. Scotchbonnet
  9. cubesKnorr
  10. Onion(chopped)
  11. Salt(to taste)
  12. Palmoil
  13. Pomo

Cooking Instructions

    Wash ur meat,put in a pot add ur salt, seasonings, scotchbonnet,onion n water. Cook till tender

    Add ur pomo,stock fish n cook for 5min and add ur driedfish

  3. 3

    Wash ur vegetables thoroughly to remove sand n chop

  4. 4

    These r ur ugu,water leaf and oziza leaf

  5. 5

    Add ur oziza leaf n allow to boil for 3min, add ur crayfish,more onion,palm oil n cover for 3 more min.Add ur finely chopped ugu leaf and water leaf.

    Cover n let it cook for 3more min on low heat.Taste for salt n maggi when it's ok to ur taste, Serve with any swallow of ur choice.enjoy
