  1. 500 gramsdates
  2. 50 gramsalmonds(roughly chopped)
  3. 50 gramscashew (roughly chopped)
  4. 25 gramswalnut
  5. 25 gramspista
  6. 3 tbsppoppy seed
  7. 2 tbspghee
  8. 1 tspcardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

    First remove the seeds from dates and grind it.

    Dry roast poppy seeds in a pan.

  3. 3

    Add ghee in the same pan,roast the nuts and shift to a plate.

    In the same pan add grinded dates and mix well for 3-5 minutes.

    Then add roasted nuts,poppy seed and cardamom powder to it.Give it a quick stir and off the flame.

    Allow it to cool down for 10 minutes and make it into ball shape.
