  1. 2 cupsChopped spinach
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 1green chilli
  4. 1medium onion (chopped)
  5. 1/2 tspchopped ginger
  6. 2 clovesgarlic
  7. 2/3 tspflour
  8. 1/3 tspblack pepper powder
  9. To tastesalt
  10. To tasteblack salt
  11. Pinchsugar
  12. 2 tbspbutter
  13. 1 tspfresh cream

Cooking Instructions

    Add 1 tbsp butter to nonstick pan. Add flour. Mix well constantly stirring. Add milk and stire until thik. Keep aside this white sauce. Add 1 tbsp butter again to pan.badd chopped onion, garlic, ginger, chopped chilli. Saute for 2 minutes. Add spinach. Adding salt cook for 2 minutes. Add 2 cups of water. Cook for 5 minutes.

    Let it cool and then blend well and use sieve to get smooth soup. Add 1/2 cup of water. In a pan add soup along with white sauce. Mix well until thick. Add salt and pepper powder. Garnish with fresh cream.
