Ingredients

  1. ForBroken wheat-
  2. 2onions
  3. 1 spoonginger garlic paste
  4. 2green chilli
  5. 1 bowlchopped Mi veggies (carrot, beans, cabbage, tomato, aloo)
  6. 1 spoontamarind paste
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/4 spoonTurmeric powder
  9. 3 spoonsbisibelebath powder
  10. 1/4 cupmasor dal / toor dal
  11. 1 cupbroken wheat
  12. Few coriander leaves, finely chopped
  13. 1 pieceJaggery
  14. 2 spoonsoil
  15. 2 spoonsghee

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat the cooker, add oil, onion, mix and little fry them.

  2. 2

    Add ginger garlic bread, green chilli and fry it.

  3. 3

    Add veggies and mix. Add tamarind paste and mix. Add salt, turmeric powder and mix it.

    Add bisibelebath powder and mix.

  5. 5

    Add washed toor dal and broken wheat and mix.

  6. 6

    Add 4 to 5 cup water,1 piece Jaggery, coriander leaves and mix.

  7. 7

    Finally add ghee and mix, close lid and cook them.

  8. 8

    Serve with raitha, boondi.
